Giving Societies & Affinity Groups

Giving requirements for United Way of Summit & Medina’s Giving Societies and Affinity Groups are on a per-household basis and can be met through a company match plan.

Giving Societies

Allows individuals and households under the age of 45 to enjoy all the benefits of Tocqueville Society membership – access to exclusive events, a network of prominent local leaders, and more – at a lower initial investment.

Next Generation Tocqueville is a network of thriving, passionate and energized young professionals creating lasting impact in their communities. You will be recognized as our Tocqueville Society giving level immediately.

Admiral Society is designed to grow with you now and in the future. Make a $2,500 gift now, then become part of our step-up program to amplify your donation over a span of 3 years.

$2,500 investment in United Way of Summit & Medina for the first year, $5,000 for the second, and $7,500 for the third. On year four, members will become part of the Tocqueville Society with a yearly $10,000 investment.

Affinity Groups

Anyone who gives $250 or more annually to United Way of Summit & Medina is eligible to serve in one or more of our Affinity Groups. Affinity Groups bring people together to engage in our work as volunteers, leaders and advocates.

Our Affinity Groups offer exclusive experiences, such as networking events with a focus on personal and professional development, and volunteer activities that give you a hands-on connection to our work.
